Due to the digital nature of downloadable files, all sales are final.
We sell premium study decks as digital downloads. Once purchased, the files are delivered to you immediately and can be downloaded and imported into the DragonCard app.
Because digital downloads cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
